- “Products” refers to original artworks, prints, and digital publications (including e-books) offered on the Website.
- “Digital Products” refers to downloadable or electronically delivered items such as e-books and other digital publications.
- “Physical Products” refers to tangible items such as original artworks and prints.
- “Order” refers to a purchase request placed by you through the Website.
- “You/Customer” refers to any person who accesses the Website or places an Order.
2. About the Website & Scope
The Website is operated by the Artist to present and sell Products. The content is provided for informational, portfolio, and e-commerce purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website, including any Product offering, at any time.
3. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
By using the Website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an Order and to keep such information updated.
You agree not to use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website. Unauthorized attempts to access the Website, user accounts, or systems are prohibited.

All artworks, prints, digital publications, images, photographs, texts, graphics, logos, and design elements displayed on the Website are the intellectual property of the Artist and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The purchase of a Product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights. Unless expressly agreed in writing, all rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, resell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or Product without prior written consent from the Artist.
5. License for Digital Products
When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, upload, resell, redistribute, or otherwise make the Digital Product available to third parties, including via file-sharing platforms, email forwarding, or public links.
Any unauthorized distribution may result in termination of this license and may constitute a violation of copyright law.
6. Product Descriptions, Images & Variations
We take reasonable care to display Products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, or device. Minor variations in prints and handcrafted items may occur and are not considered defects.
For original artworks, availability may be subject to confirmation. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will notify you and provide available options (such as a refund where applicable).
7. Prices, Currency & Taxes
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time; however, price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.
Prices may not include taxes, duties, or import fees that could apply depending on your location. Any such additional costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
8. Orders, Payment & Confirmation
When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase a Product subject to these Terms. Orders are confirmed only when payment is received and we confirm acceptance (for example, by an order confirmation message or email), unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transactions, payment failures, pricing errors, or Product unavailability.
If your payment is declined, reversed, or charged back after confirmation, we may cancel the Order and/or suspend access to any Digital Products delivered.
9. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or upon request. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the risk of loss transfers to you when the Physical Product is delivered to the shipping carrier.
10. Damaged Items, Claims & Issues
If you receive a Physical Product that is damaged in transit, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the packaging and the item. We may require additional information to process the claim. Where appropriate, we will work with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Digital Products — No Refunds After Download
Digital Products are delivered electronically (for example, via a download link or email). You are responsible for ensuring you can access the file format provided.
Digital Products are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by applicable law. If you have technical issues accessing your Digital Product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the file.
12. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per Order and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. Website Availability & Content
We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may perform maintenance or updates that may cause temporary downtime. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
